Özet
The Department of State is amending its regulations by exempting portions of a record system from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552a). Certain portions of the Records of the Office of the Assistant Legal Adviser for International Claims and Investment Disputes (STATE-54) are exempted from 5 U.S.C. 552a (c)(3), (d), (e)(1), (e)(4) (G), (H) and (I), and (f).
