This document contains a correction to the final and temporary regulations (T.D. 8474) which was published in the Federal Register for Tuesday, April 27, 1993 (58 FR 25556). The regulations relate primarily to provisions of prior law for which action is taken in response to the Regulatory Burden Reduction Initiative.
