This notice is being published to announce the implementation date for the issuance of Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Debentures in book-entry form. The Supplemental Regulations Governing FHA Debentures were amended by a final rule issued August 17, 1994 to provide for issuance of such debentures in book-entry form.
