The Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) requests public comment on issues associated with the 18-month publication of patent applications. Interested members of the public are invited to testify at a public hearing and to present written comments on procedures for implementing 18-month publication, including the topics outlined in the supplementary information section of this notice.
