Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Changed Circumstances Review

On July 5, 2012, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") published its preliminary results of a changed circumstances review ("CCR") of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The Department preliminarily determined that Guangdong Zhongya Aluminum Company Limited ("Guangdong Zhongya") is the successor-in-interest to Zhaoqing New Zhongya Aluminum Co., Ltd. ("New Zhongya").\1\ We invited parties to comment.
