Based upon the facts presented, CBP has concluded that the last substantial transformation of the R980 GNSS Receiver occurs in the United States.

Distribution of Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset to Affected Domestic Producers

Pursuant to the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000, this document is U.S. Customs and Border Protection's (CBP) notice of intent to distribute assessed antidumping and countervailing duties (known as the continued dumping and subsidy offset) for Fiscal Year 2026 in connection with countervailing duty orders, antidumping duty orders, and findings under the Antidumping Act of 1921. This document provides instructions for affected domestic producers, or anyone alleging eligibility to receive a distribution, to file certifications to claim a distribution in relation to the listed orders and findings, and to provide CBP with the necessary information to effect payment of a distribution by electronic funds transfer.

This notice announces a revised town hall meeting schedule to allow external stakeholders a limited additional opportunity to provide input on refining the scope and burden of the CIRCIA Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) issued in the Federal Register on April 4, 2024. These regulations are necessary to promote the safe navigation of vessels and safety of life during `Sail Boston,' a gathering of tall ships and military ships to celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the founding of the United States.

Security Zone; Ohio River, Cincinnati, OH

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary security zone for all navigable waters of the Ohio River, extending the entire width of the river, between mile marker (MM) 461 to Mile 473. This security zone is needed to provide waterside security and protection of persons under the protection of the United States Secret Service during a visit to Cincinnati, OH. During the enforcement period, entry into, transiting, or anchoring in the security zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley (COTP) or a designated on-scene U.S. Coast Guard representative.
