The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that POSCO received countervailable subsidies that are above de minimis and that Hyundai Steel Co., Ltd. (Hyundai Steel) received countervailable subsidies that are de minimis. The period of review (POR) is January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
