The Coast Guard proposes to establish a temporary safety zone for certain waters of the Atlantic Ocean off Jacksonville Beach, Florida during the Jacksonville Sea and Sky Spectacular air show. The event is scheduled to take place from October 22 through October 25, 2015. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Jacksonville or a designated representative.
