Краткое содержание
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of Hudson River in the vicinity of Sleepy Hollow, New York for a swim event. This temporary safety zone is necessary to protect the maritime public and event participants from the hazards associated with swim events taking place in a high vessel traffic area.
