The Office of the United States Trade Representative ("USTR") is providing notice that on July 22, 2011, the People's Republic of China requested consultations with the United States under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization ("WTO Agreement") concerning anti-dumping measures regarding diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China. That request may be found at http://www.wto.org contained in a document designated as WT/DS422/1/ Add.1. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in China's July 22, 2011 consultation request.
