In response to requests from the American Forest and Paper Association, the EPA is extending the comment period for the notice of data availability (NODA) for EGU NO X Annual and NO X Ozone Season Allocations for the Clean Air Interstate Rule Federal Implementation Plan Trading Programs (CAIR FIP) that was published on August 4, 2006 (71 FR 44283) for an additional 30 days. The comment period will now end on October 5, 2006.
