This notice announces the availability of funding to implement the Beginning Farmer and Rancher Land Contract Guarantee Pilot Program as required by section 310 F of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (Act). This section directs the Secretary to establish a pilot program to provide guarantees of loans made by private sellers of a farm or ranch on a contract land sale basis to qualified beginning farmers or ranchers.
