Creatine Monohydrate From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The Department of Commerce is currently conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on creatine monohydrate from the People's Republic of China. The period of review is July 30, 1999 through January 31, 2001. This review covers imports of subject merchandise from one producer/exporter. We have preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of review, we will instruct the Customs Service to assess antidumping duties based on the difference between the U.S. price and normal value. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. We will issue the final results no later than 120 days from the date of publication of this notice.
