This action proposes to revise Class D airspace at Laughlin/ Bullhead International Airport, AZ, by including that airspace within a 4.2-mile radius of the Laughlin/Bullhead international Airport west of a line 1.8-miles west of and parallel to the north/south runway. Additional Class D airspace is required to contain circling instrument approaches to the west of the airport. A review of airspace classification and air traffic procedures has made this action necessary.
