In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the intention of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the following currently approved information collections: (1) 49 U.S.C. Section 5310--Capital Assistance Program for Elderly Persons and Persons with Disabilities and Section 5311--Nonurbanized Area Formula Program (2) Americans with Disabilities Act (3) Pre-Award and Post Delivery Review Requirements
