By Federal Register Notice of November 9, 1999 (64 FR 61173) the Office of the United States Trade Representatives announced the opportunity to apply for nomination by the United States to the World Trade Organization (WTO) indicative list of non-governmental persons for potential service as a panelist in settlement of WTO trade disputes. The application deadline cited was December 9, 1999. The deadline has been extended to April 15, 2000.
