Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Joint Comment Request

Локальный автоматический перевод · Язык оригинального источника

Краткое содержание

In accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), the OCC, the OTS, the Board, and the FDIC (the "agencies") may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. On November 13, 2003, the agencies, under the auspices of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), published a notice in the Federal Register (68 FR 64422) requesting public comment on the extension, without revision, of the currently approved information collection: Report on Indebtedness of Executive Officers and Principal Shareholders and their Related Interests to Correspondent Banks (FFIEC 004). The comment period for this notice expired on January 12, 2004. No comments were received. The agencies are now submitting requests to OMB for approval of the extension, without revision, of the FFIEC 004 report.
