In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C. chapter 35), this notice announces Federal Crop Insurance Corporation's (FCIC) intent to request a revision to a currently approved information collection for its Common Crop Insurance Policy; Basic Provisions (Basic Provisions) (7 CFR part 457) effective for the 1999 and succeeding crop years for all crops with contract change dates after the effective date of the final rule, and for the 2000 or 2001 and succeeding crop years for all crops with contract change dates prior to the effective date of the final rule.
