Notice is hereby given that on November 18, 1998, John Bosworth, Acting Field Manager, Eagle Lake Field Office, issued a decision to designate all motorized vehicle routes within the Fort Sage Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) Area on public lands managed by the BLM in Lassen County, California. A motor vehicle designation of ``limited to designated roads and trails'' is established for this area. The affected public land includes all BLM managed lands within:
