On July 9, 1999, the Mass Media Bureau (``MMB'') and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (``WTB'') (collectively, ``Bureaus'') released a Public Notice announcing the minimum opening bids and other auction procedures for the Closed Broadcast Auction of AM, FM, TV, LPTV, and FM and TV Translator Construction Permits.
