The United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, has filed an application to withdraw 7,040 acres of National Forest System land to protect the Diamond Rim Recreational Mining Collection Area. This notice closes the land for up to 2 years from location and entry under the United States mining laws. The land will remain open to all other uses which may be made of National Forest System land.
