The Farm Credit Administration (FCA) published a final rule (63 FR 39219, July 22, 1998) that amended the capital adequacy and related regulations to address: interest rate risk; the grounds for appointing a conservator or receiver; capital and bylaw requirements for service corporations; and various computational issues and other issues involving the capital regulations. This document corrects an error in one of the amendatory instructions of the final rule.
