Краткое содержание
In response to requests from interested parties, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products and certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Canada. These reviews cover four manufacturers/exporters of the subject merchandise to the United States and the period August 1, 1994 through July 31, 1995. We have preliminarily determined that sales have been made below normal value (``NV'') by various companies subject to these reviews. If these preliminary results are adopted in our final results of these administrative reviews, we will instruct U.S. Customs to assess antidumping duties based on the difference between the export price (``EP'') or constructed export price (``CEP'') and the NV.
