The Commission issued a Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking adopting rules implementing Section 207 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 relating to nonfederal restrictions on installation of satellite and certain other antennas. The Public Notice seeks to refresh the record and requests comments on any remaining issues pertaining to satellite earth station antennas and local restrictions.
