The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, proposes to withdraw 160 acres of National Forest System lands for 30 years to allow for public recreational crystal and mineral collection. From the date of the withdrawal, these lands would be closed to location and entry under the mining laws for the next 30 years.
