EPA's contractor, ABT Associates (ABT), of Cambridge, Massachusetts and Bethesda, Maryland; and ABT's subcontractor, Eastern Research Group, Inc. (ERG), of Lexington, Massachusetts, is relocating its TSCA CBI storage site. In addition, this notice extends the expiration date for access to TSCA confidential business information (CBI) to September 30, 1997.
