This notice proposes to remove Class E airspace at Higginsville, Missouri. The only standard instrument approach procedure (SIAP) for the Higginsville Industrial Municipal Airport was cancelled on September 19, 1991. The reason for this cancellation was the Higginsville Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) was permanently out of service, and this was the navigation aid upon which the SIAP was based.
