Notice is hereby given that Public Notice 1871, effective July 26, 1993, suspending all existing licenses and other approvals, granted by the Department of State pursuant to section 38 of the Arms Export Control Act (``AECA''), that authorized the export or transfer of defense articles or defense services by, for or to, Teledyne Wah Chang Albany is rescinded.
