On June 29, 1995, the Board requested comment on a proposal to amend Regulation T (Credit by Brokers and Dealers) (60 FR 33763). The Secretary of the Board, acting pursuant to delegated authority, has extended the comment period to September 29, 1995, to give the public additional time to provide comments.
