Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (ID) (Order No. 79) issued on December 20, 1993, by the presiding administrative law judge (ALJ) in the above-captioned investigation granting the joint motion of complainant Harry E. Aine (``Aine'') and respondent Tosoh Corp. (``Tosoh'') to terminate the investigation as to Tosoh on the basis of a licensing agreement.
