The Department of Commerce (the Department) is notifying the public of its intent to terminate the suspended countervailing duty investigation on frozen concentrated orange juice from Brazil. Domestic interested parties who wish to object to the termination of the suspended countervailing duty investigation must submit their comments in writing not later than 30 days from the publication date of this notice.
