In settlement of alleged violations of federal law prohibiting unfair acts and practices and unfair methods of competition, this consent agreement, accepted subject to final Commission approval, would prohibit, among other things, an association of Illinois chiropractors from agreeing to set fees for patients, or terms for third-party payor contracts, and would require the association to give members copies of the settlement.
