This notice announces actions taken by the FHWA and other Federal agencies that are final within the meaning of 23 U.S.C. 139(l)(1). The actions relate to a proposed highway project on US Highway 14 from I-35 in the City of Owatonna, Steele County to Highway 56 near the City of Dodge Center, Dodge County, Minnesota. The proposed improvements include reconstruction and capacity expansion of US 14 as a rural four-lane divided freeway section, including 12.3 miles on a new alignment south of the Dakota, Minnesota, and Eastern Railroad corridor.
