The Department of Commerce ("the Department") is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets ("fish fillets") from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Vietnam").\1\ The Department is rescinding the review with respect to An Giang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company ("Agifish").
