In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this request for comments announces that the U.S. Coast Guard is forwarding Information Collection Requests (ICRs), abstracted below, to the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requesting approval of a revision to the following collections of information: 1625-0005, Application and Permit to Handle Hazardous Materials, 1625-0024, Safety Approval of Cargo Containers, 1625-0036, Plan Approval and Records for U.S. and Foreign Tank Vessels Carrying Oil in Bulk, and 1625-0061, Commercial Fishing Industry Vessel Safety Regulations.
