On June 8, 2011, the Department of Commerce ("the Department") published the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review of certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey. The administrative review covers the Borusan Group \1\ and Toscelik,\2\ producers and exporters of the subject merchandise.
