Resumo
In accordance with the regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) as amended, notification is hereby given that NMFS has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) to incidentally harass marine mammals during construction associated with the Hydaburg Seaplane Base Refurbishment Project in Hydaburg, Alaska.
