Resumo
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of July 16, 2024 in which Commerce published its preliminary results and rescission, in part, of the 2022-2023 administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on certain steel nails from Taiwan. In that notice, Commerce incorrectly listed a company in Appendix I, and incorrectly stated the name of a company in Appendix II.
