The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters of the Hudson River in the vicinity of Pier 66, New York City, Manhattan, NY. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with the Hudson Tunnel Project construction activities.
