The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the sole producer and/or exporter subject to this new shipper review (NSR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on stainless steel bar (SS Bar) from India, Welspun Specialty Solutions Limited (Welspun), made bona fide sale transactions that were not made below normal value (NV).
