Resumo

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to fully approve the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's (ADEQ or "State") State Implementation Plan (SIP) submittal under the Clean Air Act (CAA or "the Act") that addresses Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) permitting of precursor emissions for the 1987 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS or "standard") for particulate matter with a diameter of 10 micrometers or less (PM 10 ) in the West Pinal PM 10 nonattainment area. We are taking comments on this proposal and plan to follow with a final action.
