Resumo

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is taking final action to fully approve the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's (ADEQ or "State") portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) under the Clean Air Act (CAA or "the Act") that addresses Nonattainment New Source Review (NNSR) permitting for precursor emissions from major stationary sources for purposes of the 1987 PM 10 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS or standard) in the West Pinal PM 10 nonattainment area.
