The Coast Guard will enforce special local regulations at various locations in the Sector Columbia River Captain of the Port Zone from May 30, 2026, to August 8, 2026. The Coast Guard is amending its regulation for recurring safety zones for fireworks displays in the USCG East District by adding safety zones for three recurring events and by amending the safety zone for one recurring event.
