The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily finds that certain aluminum foil (aluminum foil) from Brazil was sold in the United States at prices below normal value (NV). The period of review (POR) is November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
