Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review and Intent To Rescind in Part; 2019

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain producers/exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from the Republic of Turkey (Turkey) received countervailable subsidies during the period of review (POR) January 1, 2019, through December 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
