The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is issuing an Order to Steel City Gamma, LLC, imposing a civil monetary penalty of $25,600. The NRC determined that two willful violations of NRC regulations occurred as identified during an investigation by the NRC's Office of Investigations that was completed on March 1, 2021.
