The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe (over 4 \1/2\ inches) from Japan for the period of review (POR) June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
