Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on December 16, 2021, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, on behalf of Hyundai Motor Company of the Republic of Korea and Hyundai Motor America, Inc. of Fountain Valley, California. The Complaint was supplemented by letter on January 6, 2022.
