Certain Steel Nails From Taiwan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2017-2018

The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Liang Chyuan Industrial Co., Ltd. (LC); PT Enterprise, Inc. (PT Enterprise) and its affiliated producer Pro-Team Coil Nail Enterprise, Inc. (Pro-Team) (collectively, PT) and Unicatch Industrial Co. Ltd. (Unicatch) made U.S. sales of subject merchandise below normal value during the period of review (POR) July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
