The Commission publishes in the Federal Register any settlement that it provisionally accepts under the Consumer Product Safety Act. Published below is a provisionally accepted Settlement Agreement with Core Health and Fitness, LLC, containing a civil penalty in the amount of six million, five hundred thousand dollars ($6,500,000), subject to the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
